• Dr. Blase and Dr. Haidar treat minor eye emergencies.
• Our office offers the Optomap Retinal Exam which is digital photography of the optic nerve, retina and macula. Usually no dilation is required.
• Diabetic eye exams are offered for those patients who need this service.
• Frames in all price ranges are available at Crossroads Vision Care
• Crossroads Vision Care offers several brands of designer sunglasses and sports eyewear.
• Eyeglass repairs are made on the premises.
• We can provide same day service on some eyeglass prescriptions
• Most vision and medical insurances are accepted
• We accept Visa , Mastercard and Discover credit and debit cards
• We accept Care Credit and the Citi Health Card. These options can offer no interest payment plans. Our staff can help you apply  in our office with approvals occurring within minutes.
