J.Scott Blase, O.D.

Dr. Blase is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry and has been practicing for over 25 years in this location. He is a therapeutic optometrist and specializes in hard to fit contact lenses. Dr. Blase is an avid golfer, and is a member of the Converse Lions Club.

Jane Blase, Office Manager

Jane is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and Bloomsburg State University. She holds a MA in Speech Pathology and has an extensive background in speech, hearing and vision testing. Jane is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. Jane will help you through the whole examination process, from the moment you walk in the door, through the pretesting, down to the framestyling. Jane's number one priority is customer satisfaction.

Irene Rodriguez, Technician

Irene is our eye health technician. She will be one of the first people you see when you come in for an eye exam. She is very knowledgable about the eye and all the latest technology in our office. She will greet you with a smile and will make sure you are taken care of in this office.

Liz Hernandez

Liz is wonderful with all patients. She does a lot of everything in the office. Liz has been in the optical field since 1986. She can help you with all your insurance questions. Come by and see Liz today.
